Help make youth football safer for the youth of Blaine.

Exciting times are upon the newly formed Blaine Youth Football Association (BYF).  BYF will be launching its inaugural football season the fall of 2014.  We are expecting to provide between 450-550 youngsters the opportunity to play football this season.  The BYF program includes flag football for K – 1st grade and tackle football for grades 2nd – 8th

The BYF’s philosophy is to provide all players with a safe opportunity to learn and grow as football players, to be part of a team and to learn good sportsmanship.  It is our expectation that the experiences gained by the players in this program will provide them the opportunities to grow as leaders amongst their peers.  Being part of BYF will provide positive experiences and memories that will last a lifetime.

BYF is a volunteer not-for-profit, tax exempt 501c3 organization (filed) with no paid positions.  100% of our operating budget (primarily funded through registration fees) will go to equipment and football infrastructure.  BYF is not supported by any public funds and we need the generous contributions from our local businesses and donors to operate a safe and fun organization.

Your sponsorship will directly result in our ability to purchase new equipment (helmets, shoulder pads, etc), secure resources for managing games (officials, clocks, etc) and deal with administrative costs (insurance, helmet recertification, etc).  All contributions will help to keep registration fees low and allow the program to operate seamlessly.
